Victor

JT – Service Technician

I’ve been in the plumbing trade for 6 years and grew up right here in Shawnee, Kansas, a proud, lifelong Chiefs fan through and through. That local roots and hometown pride carry into how I treat every customer I work with.

My favorite work is water filtration systems. Through continued education, I’ve learned just how much impurities like chlorine, chloramines, iron, and pesticides can affect tap water, and I find it satisfying to see those stripped out and customers’ lives improved almost instantly. I have a water filtration system in my own house, and I immediately noticed how different my skin, hair, and clothes feel. I also love the challenge of solving problems other plumbers couldn’t crack, especially when I can offer customers a cost-effective fix after they’ve been quoted a steep price elsewhere. One customer once told me watching me work was like watching a NASCAR pit crew, a compliment I still hold onto.

What I appreciate most about Andy’s Pipe Dream is the people-first culture. Rather than pushing sales, Andy encourages us to compete against ourselves to keep improving, not against our coworkers. I bring strong leadership and communication skills to every job, guiding customers to the right solution and clearly answering every question along the way. I enjoy leading by example, and apprentices especially enjoy learning from me.

In my free time, I love being outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing sports, watching the Chiefs, and spending time with my dogs and kids.

Everyone at Andy’s Pipe Dream takes pride in being honest. I like working here because customers already trust Andy. We will do whatever it takes to back our work or right our wrongs.
