What to Know When Scheduling Service Online
Before filling out the service request on the right, read the following information:
1. Earliest time slots have an arrival window of 8am-9am. All others have a 2-hour arrival window. We will text or e-mail you when we are on our way.
2. This is an appointment request only. You will receive one e-mail confirming your appointment request and a second e-mail confirming your appointment has been successfully scheduled. We will confirm your appointment promptly.
What if There Isn't an Available Date & Time That Works for You?
If you do not see a date and time that meets your needs, please contact us or call (913) 210-5818. We will do our very best to accommodate you! Please, do not request a date and time on our online service request, and in the "notes section" ask to change that selected date and time. It is better to give us a call if you have special scheduling needs!
