Don – Master Plumber
Don has been a plumber for over 30 years. He comes from a generation of plumbers, starting with his grandfather.
With dreams of traveling, he joined the Army furthering his education and trade. Don’s first assignment was in Kansas. But, his dreams of traveling soon took off. He worked as a plumber with the Army and witnessed world-changing events, from the fall of the Berlin Wall to Desert Storm.
Don feels the best part about plumbing is helping people. When he goes to a job site, customers can be overwhelmed and not understand what is happening. Don calmly walks them through, explaining the situation along with steps for repair or replacement. For Don, it’s more than just plumbing; it is the whole picture from the service call to completion of the job.
When not at work, Don enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
