Chad – Master Plumber/Service Manager
Chad started his “summer job” in plumbing and construction in 1994 after he graduated college. He needed a job, and his father knew a man in the industry. What Chad did not realize was how rewarding this industry would be when helping people.
When he arrives at a job site, the first thing he does is assess the situation. Customers can be distraught with their plumbing issues. Many people are afraid to touch anything related to plumbing; in fear, they will make the situation worse. Chad’s thoroughness relieves the customer’s stress, and he takes the time to explain the situation and how it can be fixed.
Not only does Chad give 100% with every job. He is constantly pushing himself to learn more within his profession and further his education.
When Chad is not working, he is spending time with his wife and son. His son believes that his dad can fix anything. Chad is not only a master plumber but a hero who fixes broken pipes and toys.
